     ·  Nota 10+ pentru personal. Niște oameni pe care să-i iei acasă. Curățenie, căldură și produse de igienă mult peste așteptări. O mențiune specială pentru micul dejun. Preparatele reci bazate pe produse locale, foarte gustoase iar cele calde, bazate cei drept doar pe ouă, se prepară pe loc la comandă.
     ·  Din păcate un mare minus pentru meniul din restaurant. Foarte puține opțiuni atât la băuturi cât și la mâncare. Spun din nou păcat pentru că ce am mâncat a fost foarte bun. O sugestie. Nu puneți Osso buco în meniu pentru că nu este ce trebuie. Evantual schimbați sau reevaluați rețeta.

     ·  Camere agreabile, personal f.amabil.
     ·  Inflexibilitate in politica costurilor si al rezervarii online. Veneam mereu si pentru meniul restaurantului, pentru ambianta placuta. Am gasit un restaurant gol, cu meniu f.f.sarac si gatit nu foarte inspirat. Desi ofera alternativa, nici micul dejun nu este pregatit cum ar trebui, desi meniul pare ca promite.

     ·  Hotelul este amenajat frumos, ofera parcare iar personalul este foarte amabil.
     ·  Am fost de mai multe ori aici; calitatea restaurantului a scazut considerabil - atat la micul dejun cat si a la carte.

     ·  locatie ok cu bun gust si atentie la detalii in general. personalul f ok. pozitionarea buna in centrul statiunii.
     ·  paturile scartiei ... ceea ce e f neplacut noaptea. am fost in doua camere de a lungul timpului si aceeasi problema. deasemenea meniul la restaurant nu are optiuni pentru ovo lacto vegetarieni decat f putine.

     ·  Convenient parking. Cozy room. Delicious burger in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Room with a fireplace and books. Shower amenities. The room greeted me with a working air conditioner, creating a comfortable temperature, and heated floors.
     ·  Limited parking. The tea table is knee-high. No outlet by the bed. The only outlet is by the refrigerator; to turn on the kettle, you have to turn the refrigerator off. The towel rack in the shower is inconveniently located. Weak water pressure and constantly fluctuating temperature—from hot to cold and back again, despite adjusting the faucet. The reservation stated a mountain view, but I got a room overlooking the parking lot.

     ·  It’s the best hotel I have been to in Romania. Everything was super nice, clean and most importantly tastefully designed. Who ever was an interior designer did an excellent job. Special thanks goes to the personell extremely nice and interested in the guest.
     ·  Only the doors in the shower could be wider so I don’t splash all round while having a shower.
